Terms of Service

By commissioning me you have agreed to adhere by these terms
DM me on any of my socials or email me at heathwang7@gmail.com.

Please be descriptive of what you’d like and provide visual references-either drawings of the character or images from pictures or other artworks for me to reference. Also, because I commonly use different types of styles, feel free to send me any other art I've done as style reference.

I’m currently fine with drawing anything, however, I still reserve the right to deny any request and will let my commissioner know right away if there’s something I feel uncomfortable drawing. Only commission me for NSFW content if you are over the age of 18.

Once I accept your commission, you will be put on a list. I will finish your work as soon as possible (If you have a deadline, please discuss it with me so I can help you to the best of my ability) but there may be a wait time between when you order your commission and when you receive it. If you’d like updates on the status of your piece, feel free to ask.

If you have a size needed (such as for a banner or icon) provide it BEFORE the commission is started. This also goes for traditional art, however, I will not draw anything traditional that is over 6 x 9 inches.

I handle payment by collecting it once I’ve sent you the sketch and you’ve approved it for rendering. Sketch commissions though must be paid for as soon as I accept the commission. I accept payment through ko-fi, paypal, and venmo (@heathydraws).

Send me feedback as soon as you see the sketch I share with you, as it is much more difficult to revise rendered artwork. After the sketch is okayed, and you’ve sent payment, I’ll start the rendering phase and only minimal revisions are allowed for digital work only. (E.g. ones that are ok are like, "make the smile bigger," or, "give him more hair!" Ones that aren't ok are "I want another pose." or "The lighting should be from the other side.")

Payment is non-refundable. All transactions are final.

If you are commissioning me for traditional art, I can send you the piece by mail, and a list of shipping options and prices. However, the commission will still be considered a “digital good” as you will still be sent an image of the piece by digital means. Any failure on the postal service to deliver the physical piece to the commissioner will not be my responsibility.

Let me know if you wish for the finished work to be private, which will keep me from posting it online.

Feel free to share the commission on any of your socials and use it for personal promotion. I ask that you credit me and do not use my work for monetization or commercial use.
